Job Lot is a capsule collection of everyday objects by Lessons.
Sourced from an auction in Byker, an assortment of vintage matchbooks provided an archive of visual references, reinterpreted here through a series of new designs.
With Job Lot, we comment on discarded ephemera and its use beyond an intended life cycle, highlighting the potential value of unwanted objects as a means of research within a design practice.
Honouring our commitment to hyper-local approaches to design and manufacture, Job Lot was celebrated with friends and community close to home in October 2025 with a pop up at Roma Coffee Shop in Heaton, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
